We're building something different — a company that gives Montessori school leaders the operational support they've never had. If you have Montessori experience and want to use it to help schools thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
Montessori Thrive works exclusively with Montessori schools — helping leaders build the operational systems their schools need to run without burning out. Our team includes former classroom teachers, school administrators, operations professionals, and Montessori-trained experts who understand this work from the inside.
We're not a marketing agency anymore. We're an operational support company built around the Thrive Blueprint — eight areas of school operations, six stages of school growth, and a team that knows what breaks and why at each one.
Everyone on our team has Montessori experience — in classrooms, in offices, or alongside school leaders. We don't hire generalists and teach them Montessori. We hire Montessori people and give them the systems to help schools at scale.
Our team works remotely, supporting schools across the country. We value results and reliability over hours logged. If you do great work and communicate well, we trust you to manage your time.
We're building a sustainable company — not sprinting toward a burnout. The same principles we teach school leaders about operational health apply to how we run our own team.
We're always interested in hearing from experienced Montessori professionals — even when we don't have a specific opening posted. The roles below are the most common ways people join our team.
The core of what we do. PAs work directly with school leaders — building SOPs, managing enrollment systems, coordinating vendors, tracking compliance, and running the operational infrastructure through ThriveKit. Requires Montessori school experience (classroom or administrative).
The relationship layer. Client Partners manage the ongoing relationship with schools, coordinate between PAs and leadership, and ensure the work stays aligned with each school's priorities and stage. Requires strong communication skills and Montessori familiarity.
From time to time, we look for people with specific expertise — marketing, graphic design, CRM/tech, financial systems, or content creation. These roles support the team and the schools we serve. Montessori experience is valued but not always required for specialist positions.
Whether we have a current opening that fits or not, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us about your experience, what kind of role interests you, and why Montessori Thrive feels like the right fit. We review every application personally.
Montessori Thrive is an equal opportunity employer.
